Put your hook inside the peg you just looped to, catch the bottom gold band and loop it forward.
Now, put your hook in the peg you just looped to, catch the bottom gold band and loop it horizontally to the right-hand side.
Hook and loop the next gold band to the right-hand side.
Now, repeat steps 1-4 five at the blue band in the central row.
Now, go to gold band 13 (in the right-hand row), put your hook inside it, catch the bottom gold band and loop it forward.
Continue hooking and looping the remaining 11 gold bands in the right-hand row in the same way, making sure each time to go inside the other bands and only catch the bottom band each time.
Now, repeat steps 1-4 five times, each time starting at the blue band in the central row.
Place bands 1-43 again, except this time don’t place band 13. Instead, slide the band ends off your hook and onto the peg where band 13 should have gone.
Repeat steps 1-9 a further four times, so you’ve placed all of your bands.
Then, repeat steps 1-8 once move to loop the last batch.
